Graduated from the Department of Art History of the Faculty of History of Lomonosov Moscow State University (2004) and completed her doctorate at the Faculty of Arts of the University of Bologna (2010). Specialist in Italian Baroque painting and theatrical scenographic art of the 17th-18th centuries.
Associate professor at the Faculty of Humanities of the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE, Moscow). Lecturer at the British Higher School of Art and Design and at Artistico, Magisteria, and Stradarium projects (Moscow-St. Petersburg).
Author of popular science books, encyclopedic articles, publications, and albums on the history of Western European art, including "Villa Borghese" (2017), "Florence Museums" (2018), "Boston. Museum of Fine Arts" (2022), "Venice. Gallerie dell'Accademia" (2026) in the "Great Museums of the World" series (Slovo Publishing House).
Member of the International Association of Art Critics (AIS-AICA).
