Le Corsaire is a vibrant and breathtaking production reworked by Alexei Ratmansky, with cinematic sets and a shipwreck, loosely based on Byron’s poem One of Bolshoi’s most lavish productions follows the story of a dashing pirate who rescues a beautiful girl from a slave trader. Bolshoi’s Prima Ballerina Ekaterina Krysanova as Medora and Leading Soloist Igor Tsvirko as Conrad enhance the magnificent and opulent ballet.
